Program and Specialty Services: The Specialty Rehabilitation Hospital specializes in brain injury , spinal cord injury and post operative therapy, in/outpatient sub-acute rehab programs, outpatient physiatry clinic, driver evaluation, pediatric and adult outpatient program, community re-entry, special education, School Partnership Program, behavior management, and family support program.
Program Description: The Specialty Rehabilitation Hospital is a 62-bed facility that specializes in brain injury rehabilitation, spinal cord injury rehabilitation and post operative therapy. We provide both acute and sub-acute rehabilitation care for children and adults. Our emphasis is on comprehensive rehabilitation and family centered care. We define rehabilitation in terms of our client’s hopes and goals, not a standardized regimen. We also offer outpatient rehabilitative services for children and adults with neurologically based disabilities. Crotched Mountain School provides education and related services to children K-12 with physical and neurological challenges.

Program Description: Owned by the Donovan Family, Robin Hill Farm has been providing quality residential rehabilitation for adults with brain injuries since 1983. With a total capacity of 35 beds, Robin Hill Farm has six different programs in three communities, all close to the main campus in Hillsborough. Our continuum of care includes two Supported Residential programs, two Residential Treatment and Rehabilitation programs and a Supported Apartment located in Peterborough. This unique living environment focuses on cognition, social interaction and community inclusive skills, with the primary goal of preventing social isolation.

Program Description: Offering two facilities, Rose Meadow Farm and our new facility Rose Meadow Garden. Specialized assisted living providing services to 11 individuals at Rose Meadow Farm and 14 individuals at Rose Meadow Garden which are both in a community residential setting. Services include 24-hour supervision and structure, nursing services, trach and g-tube care, ventilator management, room and board, medical needs management, psychotherapy, leisure and recreational activities. Individuals can be served on a short-term basis to receive specific community integration skills and prescribed therapy to regain a higher level of independence or on a long- term basis for safety, structure and health care management.
